In last one decade or so, textile mills have switched over from Ring Frame spindle speed from 14000 to 25000. The old design spindle lubricating machine was not capable of fulfilling needs of spindle lubrication because most of these makers had no original technical knowhow by research but these machines were copied from one another. NEW REVOLUTIONARY BATTERY OPERATED SPIRACLEAN MACHINE SPECIAL CABLE LESS, RECHARGEABLE DRY CELL BATTERY MODEL WITH FOLLOWING BENEFITS:

  1. Clumsy High Voltage cable is completely eliminated and machine works on Battery.
  2. No lying of long electrically live cables on the floor which is prone for Rupture and accidents due to continuous running of heavy trolleys over it. Eliminating safety hazards.

  10.  More useful for longer Ring Frames with upcoming 2000 spindles or more.
  11. Battery Operated SPIRACLEAN(12V) cannot be converted to standard Oiling machine (230 V), since all the electrical components like motor, Switches, Pumps, Indicator lamps are working on 12 V Supply.
  12. Specified battery is standerd and is available in all over india.
